American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, a New York-based REIT, purchased the Henry Ford Dialysis Center in Southfield, MI for $2.9 million or $287 per square foot. AJS Property Holdings was the seller.
The 10,098-square-foot medical office building is at 25664 Lahser Road and is 100 percent occupied by Northwest Detroit Dialysis Center. The lease runs through 2023 with four five-year renewal options. The center has occupied the building since its construction in 2002.
