with details of their destination and the team will perform the search and send a link to centers likely to be appropriate.  The users simply need to login to see the information.

IT Director, Russell England said "We've been overhauling our data and drastically improving the quality of information on the site.  We are now being supported by many dialysis member center and dialysis companies and as a result we can increase our level of support to dialysis users, other centers and their carers on the site".

"We are still providing a high level of support for the many dialysis users who just want to relax and let us manage their bookings.  This takes the stress away for dialysis users. We're now delivering this service as a contracted out option for dialysis companies and centers too, this means that their nurses no longer have to worry about travel bookings!" says Katy Draper, Managing Director of Global Dialysis.  To book dialysis send an email to

		| The Thessaloniki Nephrology Clinic becomes our latest member |
| The Chronic Dialysis Unit of Thessaloniki Nephrology Clinic is a state-of-the-art establishment in Neoi Epivates just half an hour away from the historic centre of Thessaloniki. It was established by a group of recognised physicians, with a view to creating professional premises that would operate as a Prototype Chronic Dialysis Centre and provide the highest level of top quality medical services. We are delighted that this prestigious clinic has decided to join the growing number of Global Dialysis Members.
The Nephrology clinic is manned by exceptional staff distinguished by their excellent scientific background and patient-friendly approach. At the same time, thanks to its state-of-the-art infrastructure, it is one of the most cutting-edge, well-organized, autonomous and reliable Chronic Dialysis centres in Greece.
The clinic provides patients with the opportunity to undergo dialysis in total comfort, confidence and safety.

A visit to the clinic does not end merely with the dialysis procedure. Specially
laid-out areas are available such as the unit’s cafeteria and comfortable lounges. The receptionists show visitors there with the aim of making them feel comfortable in a truly people-oriented space, which is every bit as fine as the equivalent hotel facilities. Furthermore, the good mood of the patients, relatives and friends is a determining factor.
The Thessaloniki Nephrology Clinic is in a key location by the sea in Neoi Epivates, southeast of Thessaloniki: only ten minutes from the airport, half an hour from the historic centre of Thessaloniki and one hour from the centre of Chalkidiki. It is 15 kilometres away from Thessaloniki, 10 km from the airport, 50 km from Nea Moudania, 70 km from the Municipality of Kassandra, and 85 km from Sithonia making it easily, comfortably and safely accessible from all areas.

 Neoi Epivates

Neoi Epivates, the well-known Bakse Tsifliki, lies between Aghia Triada and Peraia. It is one of the largest suburbs in the area and at the same time one of the well known resorts in Thessaloniki. The beaches fill up at weekends and during the summer months they are full of travellers, music and lively activity, since it is the first choice of visitors, especially young ones. Neoi Epivates combines the image of a holiday fishing village with the contemporary concept of summer fun. Recent years have seen a significant expansion in the activities of the locals in commerce, catering and the hotel sector. There is a high level of organized tourism with hotel complexes, apartments, rooms and organized entertainment.

 Chalkidiki

Chalkidiki, which is a pole of attraction for a large number of tourists, boasts unique natural beauty, clean
beaches, beautiful little islands and villages with characteristic traditional architecture. It is a tourist destination that suits all preferences offering a combination of mountain and sea, peace and lively entertainment, ancient history and contemporary life. Despite the high number of tourists it is possible to enjoy everything: sun, sea, nature, entertainment, good food. All the lovely things that a visitor seeks coexist in perfect harmony in the Chalkidiki peninsula south east of Thessaloniki.

		| Sunshine Dialysis Centers, Jamaica are the latest Global Dialysis Members |
| Global Dialysis is delighted to welcome the Sunshine Group of dialysis centers as their latest members.· With dialysis centers in key locations across Jamaica in Montego Bay, Kingston and Mandeville, the group provides an excellent resource for dialysis travellers to the island.
The Kingston Sunshine Dialysis Centre was set up by Dr L. Johnson-Whittaker 15 years ago to meet the needs of patients in need of dialysis, the majority of whom were not able to access the limited public dialysis programmes, as patients who were diabetic or older than 40 years were not considered candidates for public dialysis.

The center in Montego Bay branch was opened in May 1997 and has provided dialysis treatment to many persons in the western side of Jamaica as well as to hundreds of tourists and the returning Jamaican Diaspora. An the Mandevillie unit, the first dialysis unit in Manchester, was established in 2003 in the convenient Cobblestone Medical Complex. This center was designed to meet the needs of persons in the entire South Central region of Jamaica, whose residents find accessing dialysis treatment in Kingston inconvenient.

The centers can easily be found on www.globaldialysis.com - simply put the area of Jamaica you want to travel to and select Jamaica and the Sunshine Member Centers will appear at the top of the searches.

Alternatively why not take a look at their website www.sunshinedialysis.com

Katy Draper, Managing Director of Global Dialysis said, "I am so pleased that so many dialysis centers are supporting our member scheme - this means that we are able to carry on investing in this invaluable resource for dialysis users around the world"
